The Latah County Assessor’s Office will be conducting property revaluation in the area of the White Pine School District for the 2024 Assessment year (June 2023 through May 2024).

At some point during June 2023 and May 2024 an appraiser may visit your property. Appraisers update files with photos and document changes to residences and buildings that have occurred since the last property visit.

208-883-5710. If you prefer we do not access your property you can also complete and submit the form below. You may complete this form even if this re-appraisal year is not in your area and we will note that for subsequent visits.

Note; If we are not able to access your property it will be re-appraised with the best information available. According to Idaho statute all property’s must be re-appraised once every 5 years with re-evaluations of assessments yearly.
