Marriage License

• Both parties must be present
• $30 fee = $28 (license) + $2 (certified copy after recording)
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide Social Security Number (if no SSN, call 208-883-2249 for more info.)
• 16 - 17 years of age must appear with a parent and picture ID
• There is no “waiting period” after application prior to the ceremony
• There is no “expiration date” after application prior to the ceremony
