We are located in the Latah County Courthouse. The entrance is on the southeast corner of the parking lot at Fifth and Van Buren in Moscow, Idaho. The jail entrance is on Sixth at Van Buren.

Visiting is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Visiting hours are Saturday and Sunday 1pm to 4pm. Adults must bring picture ID to visit an inmate. Juveniles must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
Complete the 3 application packet (available in our lobby or click on highlighted link Concealed Weapons Permit Forms.) and submit it in person to the sheriff’s office along with a copy of approved weapons training. Your application fee will be collected ($59.85 initial application or $37.85 renewal) and fingerprints will be taken.
Usually, your insurance company will request a copy so you don't have to. If you do need a copy of an accident you were in, request one from the Records Department between 7am and 3pm, excluding holidays, Monday to Friday. You will need to provide the date, time and location of the accident and fill out a request for public records form. There is no cost.

Contact Driver Services in Meridian with a request for your Driving Record. The Sheriff's Office is not able to give out that information.
