The Bulky Waste program is for rural residents receiving weekly trash collection service. City Residents of Bovill, Deary, Genesee, Juliaetta, Kendrick, Potlatch, Troy and rural Latah County residents. Not for Commercial use, City of Moscow residents or those from another county. Demolition Waste includes: scrap metal, 4 passenger tires (no rims), 2 large appliances, sheetrock, tile, brick, porcelain, concrete, laminate flooring, renovated carpet/padding, glass windows, vinyl siding, wood furniture, untreated lumber and roofing materials No demolition accepted in April & October at Deary, Genesee, Juliaetta, or Potlatch sites.
Upholstered Furniture including box springs and mattresses accepted year round on specified Saturdays.
Household Waste includes: all plastic or rubber items, hot tubs, glass, solidified latex paint, dishwashers, small appliances, microwaves, railroad ties, tents, tarps/canvas, CFL bulbs/tube lights, insulation, styrofoam, VCRs, stereos, upholstered furniture, and contaminated waste Only accepted in April & October at sites.
