Serves as the administrative head of the Department of Noxious Weed Control and directs county-wide noxious weed control program in accordance with State and Federal laws, Department of Agriculture Rules and Regulations, County ordinances and resolutions, and such policies and procedures as may be set forth by the County Control Authority (Commissioners).
